Motivational Training for Collection Teams

This program is designed to boost each persons confidence levels to achieve better results and to eliminate unnecessary stress, that is often a factor among collection staff.
We have developed an amazing collections training program that is delivered in four half days over four months, that is guaranteed to get real results.
The four sessions are:
Day 1
From the start we want them to see the importance of their work, the importance of dealing professionally with customers and to develop a genuine interest to help every customer in every way they can and to get a great feeling of satisfaction from every interaction and the buzz from seeing the payment come in.
Day 2
We want to analyse the different ways we can ensure the timely collection of all money due. By understanding the options and knowing what to do and when to do it. This module will give them the tools and the techniques to deal with every possible situation.
Day 3
Requires management follow up at your end. In this session we will identify the internal causes for non payment, and we will combine their knowledge with our experience and come up with solutions to every problem that currently exists that will foster better internal communications throughout your organisation and with your customers.
Day 4
Will focus on dealing with difficult customers. From the angry and rude down to the pleasant and evasive customer who are using every tactic they can to avoid payment. We will cover listening skills, questioning skills and negotiating skills that will ensure the best possible outcome every time.
Each section is of three hours duration and can start anytime from 8am to 10am or from 1pm to 2.30pm depending on what suits you best.
Each day we will review the progress made since the last session and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
As their manager, I will keep you informed of what was covered, the changes to look out for, and the issues that need your attention.
We will meet before the program begins to establish the current position and the issues that need to be addressed and again after the program to see what progress that has been made and what further action (if any) is required. We can discuss the content of the course and can make whatever changes are necessary to make it of greatest benefit to you and your team.
The team will look forward to each training day, and will benefit greatly from getting a different approach and a new way of looking at current issues and deploying the resources to deal with them.

To get maximum benefit ideally the group will be between 5 and 12 people, this ensures there is a balance between individual attention and group dynamics.
The total cost of the complete program, which covers delivery, training materials Certificate of Attendance and feedback is €1,970 – a little over €40 per person per session if you have twelve. If you have more than twelve people on the team we are happy to run two sessions on the same day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
